Just in time for Mental Health Awareness Month in May, Sid Lee has partnered with Julian Brass, renowned author of Own Your Anxiety, to share his insights on a topic that broadly affects both our society and our community: anxiety.
Coping with anxiety can be difficult, particularly during the unconventional circumstances we’re currently adapting to. To spark a conversation and hopefully help deconstruct the stigma, we asked our artisans to submit their most pressing anxiety-related questions, which Julian Brass unpacked in our four-part video series.
