François Lacoursière, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Partner at Sid Lee, was among the representatives of the 25 Québec businesses who joined Mayor Valérie Plante on her first economic mission to Japan.

 “I was able to do what could have taken up to three years in just three days! It was the opportunity to better understand the market and how to interact with it,” commented François.

Jointly organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, the mission helped forge ties with key centres of economic growth, including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima.
