ROLE

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting producers in the planning and smooth execution of projects from the initial stages through to final delivery. Resourceful and self-sufficient, you will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute legal approvals (NCP, ThinkTV);
  • Establish the production schedule with the Producer;
  • Manage production and post-production schedules;
  • Coordinate schedules, castings, and communications with talent agents and suppliers;
  • Oversee pre-production and presentation decks throughout the project;
  • Handle administrative follow-up for invoicing and payments to freelancers and suppliers;
  • Complete UDA and ACTRA contracts;
  • Manage talent renewals and re-airing;
  • Coordinate projects across both production and post-production;
  • Communicate with various suppliers and freelancers in production and post-production;
  • Assist the Producer in ensuring a high-quality welcome and service during internal editing sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production, ideally within an agency;
  • Understanding of production and post-production processes in video, radio, and photography;
  • Interest in learning and using new technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence);
  • Knowledge of UDA and ACTRA agreements;
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace;
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written (collaboration with international clients and partners).
