The New York Times talks about some of Montreal's new and exciting real-estate developments in an article that came out on September 26.

In the article, journalist Aili McConnon references several major projects designed by Sid Lee Architecture:

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Montreal (Groupe Lemay | Sid Lee Architecture, joint venture)
“The largest of the developments is the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Montreal, a more than $200 million hotel and condo project that highlights the city’s renaissance as a business and luxury center of Canada.”

Bota Bota (see project)
“Another popular spot for business and leisure visitors is Bota Bota, a floating spa with views of old Montreal on a former ferryboat that used to travel the Saint Lawrence River.”

Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel (see project)
“Near the new Four Seasons, the Fairmont [The] Queen Elizabeth Hotel just reopened its doors this July after a $114 million renovation.”
