As our Head of Operations, Lauren LiBetti supports the strategic side of the business and helps drive business growth through operations. She’s the connective tissue spanning across departments that aligns teams, sets goals, executes initiatives, and improves processes. Lauren is a highly-driven and skilled generalist with a wealth of experience in scaling organizations. Talent aside, Lauren is well-known as a diplomatic and kind leader. Outside of work, Lauren can be found laughing in a park with loved ones, working out, or rooting for Scottie Barnes.
